We use QuickBooks to provide these services to our clients, and we also use our FTP service to give both you and your accountant secure, online access to your QuickBooks data 24/7 (optional). For most clients, the biggest consideration when hiring a public bookkeeper is price. Our rates of $15.00 per hour for retainer clients and $20 per hour for month-to-month clients are lower than that of in-house bookkeepers (IHBs), plus you don't pay for benefits or chatting-round-the-copier time. For a comparison of IHB versus public bookkeeper costs, see the two tables below.
We offer new clients a 50% discount on our month-to-month rate of $20 for their first 20 hours of bookkeeping services. You are under no obligation until the end of the 20 hours, when you can hire us on a month-to-month basis, sign a retainer contract (and receive a permanent 25% discount), or walk away. Regardless, you always retain ownership of your most current QuickBooks file.To place an order, please visit our How it Works page. If you have additional questions, please visit our FAQs page.
