In addition to being top-notch bean counters, we're also computer whizzes! Many of our staff members are Master Microsoft Office Specialists, and some have advanced-level skills in PhotoShop and Crystal Reports/Business Objects. We can help you put together a snazzy Word document, professional Excel spreadsheet, impressive PowerPoint presentation, or complex Access database.

Whether you need a one-time project or ongoing services, we can help you with those tiresome computer tasks that you're just too busy to figure out on your own. Let us handle them for you, while you focus on growing your business and nurturing your personal life.

Please note that we only accept projects requiring an intermediate to advanced level of skill. Therefore, we charge the same rate for these services as we do for our bookkeeping services. However, we do quote flat fees up front for each project, so you know the total cost to you before we begin the project.

Each project of this kind is different, and therefore requires a custom price quote. Please contact us and tell us about your project, so we can compile a flat-fee price quote for you.

If you are already a bookkeeping client, please check with us to see whether your project can be covered by the fees you already pay for our bookkeeping services. Sometimes a project that seems giant to you is little to us, and we can do it for you at no extra charge.

We also provided limited technical support services to our bookkeeping clients in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook. There is no charge for these services.
