24/7 Secure Online Access to Your QuickBooks Data
for You and Your Accountant (Optional)

One of the challenges of providing offsite bookkeeping services is sharing QuickBooks data with clients and their accountants.

• Emailing the file as an attachment is not secure; any computer hacker can intercept an email.
• Many clients aren't familiar with File Transfer Protocol (FTP) programs, which are another way to secure share files with accountants and clients.
• Other QuickBooks online services don't work very well, you can't download the data, and you don't retain ownership of the data.
• And no one wants to use snail mail (a.k.a. the United States Postal Service).

After reviewing many different companies who provide this type of service, we carefully chose Swizznet for its ease of use, speed, and security. Benefits:

1. Secure, online, 24/7 access to your data, from any computer, for both you and your accountant.
2. Download your QuickBooks file to your own computer at any time, and retain ownership of the data. Simply drag and drop your file from your Swizznet account onto your computer.
3. Work in your QuickBooks file online. The function, look, and speed of the program is identical to the copy on your desktop.
4. Print checks and reports. Swizznet easily and automatically recognizes the printers and scanners installed on your system. Printing checks, reports, or anything else from within QuickBooks, seamlessly, anywhere, and anytime. This allows us to setup checks, invoices, etc. for printing, and then all you have to do is print them.
5. Access to multiple versions of QuickBooks. Swizznet can populate your account with whatever version of QuickBooks you're using, at no additional charge.
6. Access to other applications. Your Swizznet account includes access to Microsoft Excel and Word.
7. User shadowing. If you have a question about QuickBooks or another application you’re working in, we can easily shadow you on your computer to give you tutorials or help with file issues. User shadowing does not give us access to your computer. We are only accessing your Swizznet account.
8. Rolling backups. Swizznet backs up your file(s) multiple times each day. This means that if you have a file problem we can go back to any version from 15 minutes previous up to one year previous.

REQUIREMENTS

You cannot use a dialup internet connection with Swizznet. You must be using cable, DSL, satellite, or another form of broadband or high-speed Internet access. Also, your computer must be running Windows XP or higher. If you want document scanning with your Swizznet account, your scanner must have a TWAIN driver (applies to scanning services only).
